The general state of bubbles are expected from the sixth edition of Spumantitalia in Pescara (Hotel Esplanade, 24-26 January), where professionals and Italian and foreign enthusiasts will have the opportunity to test the best sparkling wines offered on the market, with the companies protagonists of cultural moments and technical-scientific in-depth study.

In the glasses, from Franciacorta to Alta Langa, from Oltrepò Pavese to Prosecco, from Asti to Monti Lessini, with a preview of the Festival - promoted, among others, by Consorzio di Tutela dei Vini D'Abruzzo, Bubble's Italia, Andrea Zanfi Editore and Assoenologi - on 23rd January, the Master Bubble's Sparkling Wine, to learn about the history, evolution, the differences between the Metodo Classico and the Metodo Italiano, the wine-growing areas with a particular vocation and their specific characteristics, with tastings of different types (with Giampietro Comolli, president of theOsservatorio Economico Ovse/Ceves, and the writer Andrea Zanfi).

PESCARAAfterwards, on January 24th, we will talk in Viticulture talk show 4.0 wondering where the research is going and how Italian sparkling wines face changes in tradition, climate and fashions. The experiences of the identity territories of a sparkling wine history will confront the new production areas, from Franciacorta to Prosecco, from Monte Lessini to Garda, from Alta Langa to Asti, from Abruzzo and Sicily to Puglia.
