A success of #Vartweek which travels to the rhythm of the opera... The programme Vino è Lirica prepared by the tenor Emanuele Servidio arrives at the De Sica Theatre in Peschiera Borromeo. A promotion of the Territory that goes from the hills to the music to the glasses, round trip.
The musical season opens on the stage of the De Sica in Peschiera Borromeo, on Saturday 11 September, at 9 p.m., with a free admission show with compulsory booking.
 
Accompanied by soprano Serena Rubini, tenor Emanuele Servidio, violinist Livia Hagiu and pianist Andrea Albertini, and with the participation of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese, we will embark on a journey into the sweet union of wine and opera music, through listening to the most famous "wine" arias from the European opera tradition.
 
The programme features lyrical pieces inspired by wine, composed by great authors of the past, to the delight of wine lovers who will have the opportunity to appreciate melodies and rhymes rooted in the history of mankind.
 
Wine in the most famous bel canto toasts, from Mascagni to Verdi, Rossini, Donizetti and others: musicians and soloists perform some arias and duets from the best opera tradition.
